The young girl received an award for the Best Music Video prize for her exemplary role in Beyonce’s Brown Skin Girl music video, a song she featured Nigeria’s Popstar Wizkid.
Sharing exciting news on Twitter, the popular Academy’s official account wrote: “Congrats Best Music Video winner – ‘BROWN SKIN GIRL’ @Beyonce #BlueIvy @wizkidayo Sparkles #GRAMMYs.”
Brown Skin Girl was part of Beyonce’s project from her Lion King Album and Blue Ivy featured in the song’s video alongside her mother.
Following Blue Ivy’s achievement as a featured artist means she is one of the youngest personalities to score a Grammy Award.
Beyonce, who also has twin children Rumi and Sir, three, with her rapper husband, has always been vocal about supporting her fellow women.

She recently praised Meghan Markle for being brave enough to speak on her daunting experiences at the Royal Family in her interview with Oprah Winfrey.
After Meghan and Prince Harry’s interview was published, the superstar posted a photo of herself and the Duchess of Sussex hugging at the Lion King premiere in London on her website.
The Grammy Awards ceremony, which is scheduled for tonight is set to showcase performances from the likes of Cardi B, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Harry Styles and Taylor Swift.
Some of the scheduled performances were already pre-recorded while others will be aired live with the awards on television.Previously, the event had been scheduled to happen in January but was unfortunately postponed due to a surge of Covid-19 cases in Los Angeles.
Grammy executive producer Ben Winston said: “We’ve designed a set that you could argue makes it an even more exciting show.
“The performers and nominees are each other’s audience, so it’s a room of incredible musicians, all safely distanced from each other, and every 45 minutes a new four groups come in and the [previous] four go out.”
