Singer, D'banj is seeking legal action to clear his name after he was accused by Seyitan Babatayo of raping her in a hotel room on December 30, 2018.
In the letter, addressed to Miss Babatayo’s lawyer, Ojoge, Omileye and Partners, dated June 15, 2020, the singer demanded N100m from Miss Seyitan Babatayo and also that an apology to be published in at least four national dailies.
